After spending years managing CNC shops, writing G-code, and trying to keep multi-shift teams aligned, we saw the same problem over and over again: miscommunication at shift change.

Whiteboards got erased. Notes were missed. Downtime crept in.

So we built a better way -- a simple, effective tool to make shift handoffs crystal clear. 

 

Why We Built the CNC Shift Turnover Log

This app was built in the shop, for the shop. Not by some outside SaaS company -- but by a team who understands what it's like to run machines, manage schedules, and deal with rework caused by bad communication.

We wanted a tool that: 

• Worked fast
• Didn't require IT support
• Could be used across multiple machines and shifts
• Was 100% offline and secure
